Question: Do you offer a reseller discount for Passwordstate?
We allow our Resellers to charge an additional 20% on top of the listed prices here - Buy Now
. Resellers must not charge more than a maximum of 20%.
Question: Why don't you offer discount off the retail price, instead allowing us to charge additionally on top of the retail price?
With our reseller programme, we do not have the concept of a "Gold" type program where Resellers are trained to actively provide support for our software, or where they spend time and money promoting it. As our software is very reasonably priced when comparing features to our competitors, these are the primary reasons why we don't offer discount off the retail price.

We accept payment in the form of Credit Card Online, Bank Wire Transfer, Check and Paypal.
Question: Do I need to meet a minimum sales quota?
No, we don't require you to meet a minimum sales quota, and we won't pressure you to resell our product.
Question: I'd like to pay via Bank Wire Transfer. What are your banking details?
We supply our banking details on all invoices issued to you.
Question: How is Passwordstate delivered, and how long does it take?
Passwordstate is delivered electronically to you - a file to download, and license keys. We do not contact the customer directly. We normally process all orders within 12 hours.
Question: What information do you need for us to place an order?
We require the following information to place an order:
- The number of required licenses, and Annual Support + Upgrade Protection options - you can find these on our Buy Now page
- The Name of the Customer - so we can generate the license keys
- Contact details for the customer - a contact name and email address
Question: Do you have a returns policy?
Passwordstate can be evaluated free of charge, so there should be no need to request a refund. Of course, if there are any issues we will work with you and the customer to resolve them.
Question: Are there any other mandatory costs or subscriptions?
No - the only cost is what's published on our Buy Now
