To provide and improve our Enterprise Password Management solutions, we may collect the following types of information:
- Non-personally Identifying Information: provided by your browser to identify devices, and the country they originate from, that visit our site and the specific pages that are viewed.
- Business Information: Organization name and industry type when downloading and/or purchasing our software and Annual Support.
- User Information: Name and business email address. This is referred to as a Nominated Contact. Click Studios can store a maximum of 4 Nominated Contacts.
- Sales Transaction Data: Including payment amount, date and product quantities to maintain your purchase history for licensing and subscriptions.
How We Use Your Information
Click Studios uses collected data strictly for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Advertising: To understand what Advertising Campaigns are most effective and where.
- Service Provision: To deliver, maintain, and improve Passwordstate and related services.
- Customer Support: To provide technical assistance and resolve service-related issues.
- Marketing and Communication: To provide updates, security alerts, and relevant enterprise-grade insights. (Users can opt out of marketing communications at any time.)

Note, Click Studios has no access to your network, data or the encryption keys used by your Passwordstate Instance. There is no “back door” capability within the software that can be provided to third-parties to access the contents of your Passwordstate installation.
Your Rights & Control Over Data
We retain the information specified on this page to fulfill service obligations, assist with marketing initiatives, and communicate important information. You can request to:
- Correct Registration Details: Update or rectify incorrect information including Business Name and Nominated Contacts.
- Deletion: Request removal of Nominated Contacts. Nominated Contacts may be replaced with a Generic Business email account if required.
- Opt-Out: Manage preferences for marketing communications.
