However, as Click Studios is based in and operates out of Australia, we are not eligible to provide a W-9 form, which is exclusively for U.S. entities.

Instead, to comply with IRS regulations, your organization will need to use the W-8BEN-E form when engaging with Click Studios. This form certifies our foreign entity status and ensures proper withholding tax treatment for international transactions.
