 Do you offer discounts for Authorized Resellers?
Answer:
 Yes, we provide the following structured discounts to our Authorized Resellers:
  • 20% discount on all Passwordstate licenses and modules. Resellers must adhere to the standard pricing model and ensure customers are charged the designated total buy price shown here Buy Now
  • 10% discount on maintenance renewals, with the same pricing structure adherence.
  • The 30% Discount for Non-Profit and Educational Organizations is not available through Authorized Resellers
To maintain transparency and consistency for our customers, Authorized Resellers must offer Passwordstate products at the designated total buy price.

 What are the requirements for becoming an Authorized Reseller?
Answer:
 Any company or consultant with a website can apply to be an Authorized Reseller. Simply fill out this form Reseller Application Form and email it back to us in PDF format at reseller@clickstudios.com.au.

 Are there sales targets or minimum purchase requirements?
Answer:
 At this time, we do not impose minimum purchase requirements or sales quotas. Authorized Resellers that transact a minimum of 4 sales transactions per calendar year are advertised on our website.

 While Authorized Resellers are encouraged to assist customers with procurement and basic implementation, technical support for Passwordstate is provided directly by our expert support team. Resellers should direct customers to our official support channels for technical inquiries.

 How is Passwordstate delivered, and what is the typical processing time?
Answer:
 Passwordstate license keys are delivered electronically to the customer, with a copy provided to you. Financial transaction details are not shared with the customer. Orders are typically processed within 12 hours.

 You must first request a quote by emailing the Sales Team with your requirements. The minimum information required is shown below,  We will then provide you with a standard email quote and any Purchase Order you send us must reference the “Quote For” and “Buy Price” we have provided.

 No. The Purchase Passwordstate page is intended exclusively for new customers making their initial software purchase. Orders placed directly through this page are not eligible for any discounts, and we are unable to offer refunds for missed discounts. If you qualify for a discount or have specific purchasing requirements, please contact our sales team before placing your order.

 Since Passwordstate offers a free evaluation period, organizations have the opportunity to fully assess its capabilities before making a purchase. As a result, refunds should not be necessary. However, if you encounter any issues, our team is committed to working closely with you to find a resolution.

 No, the only costs associated with Passwordstate are those explicitly listed on our Buy Now page. We do not impose hidden fees, mandatory subscriptions, or unexpected charges.
