 Do you offer an Authorized Reseller discount for Passwordstate?
Answer:
 Yes, we offer the following discounts for Authorized Resellers:
  • 20% off the listed prices for licenses and modules here - Buy Now. Authorized Resellers must not charge differently to The customer’s Total Buy Price from you
  • 10% off the price of maintenance renewals. Authorized Resellers must not charge differently to The customer’s Total Buy Price from you
  • The 30% Discount for Non-Profit and Educational Organizations is not available through Authorized Resellers
Question:
 Who is eligible to be a Click Studios Authorized Reseller?
Answer:
 Any company or consultant with a website can apply to be an Authorized Reseller. Simply fill out this form Reseller Application Form and email it back to us in PDF format at reseller@clickstudios.com.au
Question:
 Do I need to meet a minimum sales quota?
Answer:
 Yes, we require you to transact a minimum of 4 sales transactions per year. Click Studios reserves the right to revoke Authorized Reseller status, if this sales quota is not met.

 What payment methods do you accept?
Answer:
 We accept payment in the form of Credit Card Online and Bank Wire Transfers.
Question:
 I'd like to pay via Bank Wire Transfer. What are your banking details?
Answer:
 We supply our banking details on all invoices issued to you.
Question:
 How is Passwordstate delivered, and how long does it take?
Answer:
 Passwordstate license keys are delivered electronically to the customer and you receive a copy. We do not supply the customer with details relating to the financial transaction. We normally process all orders within 12 hours.

Please note all customers are sent emails relating to the renewal of their Annual Support and Upgrade Protection. This information is publicly available from our web site https://www.clickstudios.com.au/.
Question:
 What information do you need for us to place an order?
Answer:
 You must first request a quote by emailing the Sales Team with your requirements. The minimum information required is shown below,
  • Customer Name: this is typically the commercial trading name of the organization
  • Contact First Name: this is the first name of the customer contact
  • Contact Surname: this is the surname name of the customer contact
  • Contact Email Address: this is the email address for the customer details above
  • License Type: what product you are requesting a quote for
  • License Quantity: the license quantity the customer is requesting
  • A brief Description of the request: i.e., a new license sale, or additional licensed users to an existing registration or a support renewal
 We will then provide you with a standard email quote and any Purchase Order you send us must reference the “Quote For” and “Buy Price” we have provided.
Question:
 Can I just order direct from the Purchase Passwordstate Website Page?
Answer:
 No. This page is for new customers making an initial purchase of software. If you place an order direct from the Purchase Passwordstate page you will not receive any discount and we will be unable to provide a refund relating to missed discount for you.
Question:
 Do you have a returns policy?
Answer:
 As Passwordstate can be evaluated free of charge there should be no need to request a refund. If there are any issues we will work with you and the customer to resolve them.
Question:
 Are there any other mandatory costs or subscriptions?
Answer:
 No - the only costs are what's published on our Buy Now page.
