Below is a collection of common questions and answers relevant to being an Authorized Reseller of Passwordstate.

Question:
 Do you offer a Reseller discount for Passwordstate?
Answer:
 Yes, we offer the following discounts for Resellers:
  • 20% off the listed prices for licenses and modules here - Buy Now. Resellers must not charge more than a maximum of 20%
  • 10% off the price of Annual Support and Upgrade Protection renewals. Resellers must not charge more than a maximum of 10% for customer's renewals
  • The 30% Discount for Non-Profit and Educational Organizations is to be passed onto the customer. There is no additional discount for the Reseller
Question:
 Who is eligible to be a Click Studios Reseller?
Answer:
 Any company or consultant with a website can apply to be a Reseller. Simply fill out this form Reseller Application Form and email it back to us at reseller@clickstudios.com.au
Question:
 Can I use the Reseller discount to purchase licenses for my own company?
Answer:
 Unfortunately we do not offer this - the Reseller discount is only applicable for you on-selling licenses to customers.

 What payment methods do you accept?
Answer:
 We accept payment in the form of Credit Card Online, Bank Wire Transfer and Check.
Question:
 Do I need to meet a minimum sales quota?
Answer:
 No, we don't require you to meet a minimum sales quota, and we won't pressure you to resell our product.
Question:
 I'd like to pay via Bank Wire Transfer. What are your banking details?
Answer:
 We supply our banking details on all invoices issued to you.
Question:
 How is Passwordstate delivered, and how long does it take?
Answer:
 Passwordstate can be downloaded by either you or your customer. License keys are sent directly to your customer and a copy is provided to you. We do not contact the customer directly, other than to provide license keys and renewal notifications. Orders are normally processed within 12 hours.

 What information do you need for us to place an order?
Answer:
 We require the following information to place an order:
  • The number of required licenses, with Annual Support and Upgrade Protection options - you can find these on our Buy Now page
  • The Name of the Customer - so we can generate the license keys
  • Contact details for the customer - a contact First Name, Surname and valid email address

 Do you have a returns policy?
Answer:
 As Passwordstate can be evaluated free of charge there should be no need to request a refund. Of course, if there are any issues we will work with you and the customer to resolve them.

 Are there any other mandatory costs or subscriptions?
Answer:
 No - the only costs are what's published on our Buy Now page.
